Wipe Out Hunger Poke Bowl to Benefit Vista Teen Outreach

Vista Teen Outreach (VTO) has partnered with Grubby’s Poke & Fish Market in Carlsbad to create a custom poke bowl. $2 from each Vista Teen Outreach Wipe Out Hunger poke bowl sold during the month of March will benefit our pantries and students throughout the Vista Unified School District.

Here are all the yummy ingredients our team selected.

WIPE OUT HUNGER BOWL

BASE: Cucumber, mixed greens

PROTEIN: Ahi, Albacore

SAUCE: Mild poke sauce, Ponzu with cilantro, onion, and lime

TOPPINGS: Seaweed, Avocado, ginger, edamame, Mandarin orange, Masago, fried onion, and spicy mayo
